Musical-lighting decorative composition “Crystal” in situated on the square in front of the museum of oil and gas. It was opened on the 50th anniversary of the opening of Western Siberia oil-and-gas province. This composition is harmoniously suited to an architectural ensemble of museum. The idea to create a sculpture from glass was born in the mind of national artist of Russia S.V. Goryaev (Moscow) in 2000 and already on September, 7th, 2002 the monument has decorated the square in front of the museum.

The composition consists of 3 glass prisms, fixed on a massive cube in granite facing. An optical liquid is situated inside of composition. Also, in front of museum is situated the original composition from 21 boulders. The largest boulder weight about 2000 kg and extracted in Southern Urals.
