Exhibition and congress centre “Ugra-Expo” in the unique centre in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug allowing to conduct any arrangements from specialized exhibitions and business congresses to cultural-entertaining, sports arrangements and business meetings of international, national and regional level.

All exhibitors are provided with:

• Exhibition and congress hall with 4300 square meters gross area;
• Two auditoriums on 130 and 30 places for arrangement of conference and plenary meetings;
• Business-centre equipped with office furniture, phones, computers and office accessorizes;
• Negotiation rooms are for arranging of corporate meetings, seminars and negotiations
• Hall is for registration and leisure time of the participants of arrangements;
• Office rooms are for staff;
• Storehouse is for the storing of exhibition equipment;
• Open exhibition area is for the demonstration of supersize technical equipment;
• Individual two-storied stands.

Ugra-Expo is equipped with modern presentation and exhibition equipments of international standards. The participants can make use of audio-visual, exhibition and congress equipments such as, stationary and mobile systems of interpretation translation, various systems of amplification, projection equipment, mobile and standard exhibition stands, connection and high-speed Internet access.

Ugra-Expo has convenient access roads, as for cargo and for passenger transports, also on the territory of the centre are situated parking zone for participants and visitors. For the convenience of the participants, the exhibition centre has 3 cargo terminals, equipped with modern technique for loading and unloading works. Centre is equipped with the system of water supply in exhibition hall, which allow to realize any composition and designers ideas in the creation of stands.
